Professional Version - Purchase and Upgrades
Choose the licensing option the best suits your needs:
Single user License: $149 US
Allows you to install the software such that it is used by only one
user at a time. An encoded software license key will be sent to
you, that identifies your version as a single user version and displays
your company name each time the program starts.
Single User License upgrades from
version prior to 2.0: $49 US
Users who have purchased a new license within the last 6 months will
receive a FREE upgrade to version 2.0. Just send an email to randy@hvacware.net and ask for your free upgrade.
Site License: $395 US
Allows you to use this software on as many company owned, rented or
leased computers at your site as you need. For the purposes of this
license, a site is defined as the main office, located on a contiguous
piece of property where your personell are permanently assigned to
work. The users of the software at your site are allowed to take the
software to other locations, such as their home (on the company's
computer), or a temporary field office, for a period not to exceed one
year. The software is not allowed to be installed on computers that are
not owned, rented or leased by your company for use in your company's
business (for example: computers owned, rented or leased by your
company's sub-contractors).

How to send payment by check
If you are within the USA, you can send a personal or company check,
drawn from a US bank. Outside the USA, send a certified check or bank
money order. I will process your order after the check clears. Make

How to send payment by credit card
You may also pay using your Visa or Mastercard by way of a service
called PayPal. When you pay using PayPal your payment is transferred
directly into my account. I will then process your order and send the
software to you, usually within two business days. Sorry, it is not
possible to download the Pro version immediatley after making payment.
I prepare a customized version of the software for each customer. When
sending payment, be sure to include your comany name.

Receiving the Software
Once we have received your payment, we will process your order and make
an advance copy of the software available to you...usually within a
couple days. We will also send you a CD-ROM containing all files
necesary to install and use the Pro version.
